 "Inspiration"
 Inspired by crappy management all over. This
is what you would call a drinking song, that anyone
can sing.

 Have you ever heard a boss say, "Crap rolls
down hill, so deal with it!". It means when people
higher up on the chain of command don't want to deal
with a problem, it rolls down hill to you. It also
means, if someone higher up the chain gets yelled at,
it will make its way down to you.

 I guess now it's time for the rest of the
story. Crap may roll down hill, but it also piles
up, to eventually reveal the source. If someone keeps
skipping out on solving problems, or continues to
create them, it will come back on them. However, many
below them shall suffer greatly till then.

"Words of inspiration from your management"

 1. Yes, I realize the company is losing big bucks,
but lets keep this meeting positive.

 2. Don't come to me with problems. Come to me with
solutions.

 3. The work place is much like a revolving door.
Always willing to let one in, while shoving another
out.

 4. Lets get this straight. I'm the boss, and your
the door mat. When I screw up, you always welcome
my foot in your mouth. That's because I never screw
up in what I say, or do, I'm just misinformed by my
employees.

 5. Crap rolls down hill, so I expect you to: date it,
stamp it, organize it, and file it away in a timely
manner, because we don't have all day.
