"The Lyrics"
Psychological damnation
Tearing my mind away
Can't lose any more
Physical expectations
Beating my heart away
Can't give any more
Every day, every day now
Giving my time away
Every day, every day now
giving my life away
You human human machine
Human devastation
No matter where I go
Wish to change it all
People starvation
All across the world
Wish to save them all
Look away, look away now
Can't cry any more
Look away, look away now
Can't see any more
You human human machine
Almighty in heaven above
Give me strength of a titan
To change it all
I call to heaven above
Give me heart of a saint
To endure it all
Every day, every day now
Giving my time away
Every day, every day now
giving my life away
You human human machine
How to save a big world
Takes many more hands
Than I have to use
How to save them all
Takes more heart beats
Than I have to give
Look away, look away now
Can't cry any more
Look away, look away now
Can't see any more
You human human machine
You human machine

"Commentary"
"Psychological Damnation"
We have overloaded our society with so much
temptation and stress, that we have created a
mentally damaging and soul damning environment.
(Mental Overload)
"Physical Expectations"
Life these days puts us into work overload,
at the job and home, leaving no room for rest.
(Physical Overload)
"Human Machine"
Whether it is from us to ourselves, us to
nature, or from nature to us, devastation can be
found every where across the world, be it great or
small. Sometimes the problems of the world can be
overwhelming, so we look away for a moment. This song
does not mean give up, so we return to the mission of
saving ourselves, from our own self-destruction.
This song is a reminder of how we often treat ourselves
more like machines, than living beings. In a world
where everything is about mass production and money,
there is little room for life. Our world never had to
be this way. We just need to put our heads together
and build something better.
