-THE CHALLENGE

This was a video challenge for you Jessica on ibeatyou.com, but you never saw I guess. Here is the text version of that video.

 Hello Jessica Alba.

 You no doubt have a voice, in this world, far greater than my own,
 so I will toss you the challenge, and hopefully you will toss it
 to the world.

 The challenge for you is, to explain what would you do to create a
 more perfect nation, and can you get the world talking about this
 project.

-THE IDEA

 The idea is to combine the best ideas from around the world,
 in an attempt to build the next greatest nation.

 we will take one of the poor nations, and completely rebuild
 it from the ground up, with those ideas.

 Now I know people will say the cost of doing this, is far
 beyond our capability to do, but I have ideas to change that.

 We are a dying world, steadily destroying ourselves everyday,
 so what do we have to lose by trying to build something better.

 A new nation designed and created by the world, to serve as an
 example of the best that we can build, and a new future.

-TV SHOW

 My idea starts by creating a TV show to display to the world,
 the ideas, the construction of the new nation, and the problems of
 the old nation.

 This show will need no more drama added to it, than the drama
 that already stands before it.

 Sometimes people wish to add way more than what they should.

 There is plenty that can be learned by doing this project,
 and many ideas just waiting for a project just like this one.

 A totally creative environment, where we can build a new government,
 law, and a society that co-exist with nature, instead of laying
 waste to it.

-DESIGN TEAM

 To begin the project we will need a design team, it will
 consist of; the old government, in time the new government, and a
 group I call " the nation builders ".

 The nation builders are people from all walks of life, and are
 masters at their trade. For example: law making, construction,farming,
 medical, education, and more.

 Each field of expertise will have two people, a national
 figure, and an international figure.

 The national figure's duty is to work within the project,
 in his or her field, and bring forth any problems or ideas
 found within the project.

 The international figure's job is to travel and gather ideas
 from around the world. They will also speak to media and
 governments, to promote the project.

 The duty of the old government is to run the old nation,
 until the new one takes effect, present problems of the old
 nation, and insure that their people have a say in the new.

 The new government's duty, is to run the newly constructed
 nation, as it forms, present problems found within, and see
 that their people have a say as well.

 The design team shall sit as equals, having no more or less
 power than anyone else in the group.

 This project is to be designed by the world. This will be done through
 the TV show and the Internet.

-THINK TANK

 For this project we will create a world think tank,
 kind of like yahoo answers, but more elaborate.

 It will allow for ideas, debates on ideas, and a voting
 process, to give the people of the world some say in their
 future.

 The design team will present the ideas, and arguments,
 brought forth by the world and themselves, on the TV show
 and Internet.

 They will then allow the world to vote, or present new thoughts, on
 their future.

 Doing this will help break up some of the politics, and give
 the people a say in their future.

-A NATION WITHIN A NATION

 Now for a money saving idea.

 If you look at history, you will see that many nations started out
 small, and grew to the size they are now, mostly through war.

 If everything in life starts small, then why should rebuilding a
 nation be any different.

 Start with one city, constructing a government, a law
 and society, then slowly expand it until it consumes the old
 nation.

 I look at it like building a nation within a nation.

 Doing this changes many things.

 No longer should change come like rushing water, leaving people
 stranded and confused.

 Leaving them to wonder what is this new change and future
 that has fallen upon them, leaving little or no answers
 to their questions.

 No more should we spread our resources and funds across an
 entire nation, trying to rebuild and change so much at one
 time.

 You can't build parts of a nation and hope change will come.

 You can't rebuild an entire nation at once, and overwhelm
 yourself, so start small and slowly expand.

 Learn from the past and change the future.

-CONSTANT PUBLIC AUDIT

 When it comes to money it's like two sides of a coin, so
 to speak.

 Two issues, same goal.

 It's not just about getting the money, it's learning how
 to spend it as well.

 This project will fall under what I call" a constant public
 audit".

 Meaning every expense is shown to the public at all times,
 or updated as frequently as possible.

 This will insure that people get to see how their hard
 earned money is spent.

 Some people will nick pick at the expenses, but remember
 that companies have to keep up with demand, and show quality
 craftsmanship.

-GIVING IN THE SPIRIT OF GOOD WILL

 People must remember that when giving to this project, you give in
 the spirit of good will, expecting nothing in return, except that
 the project will continue to move forward.

 Too many times people have manipulated through the donation
 of their money, and expecting extra say in projects.

 This is our future we are building, and it will not be manipulated
 or controlled, by the likes of money.

-CONCLUSION OF CHALLENGE AND IDEA

 I have more ideas on this project, but I'll just start with
 the basics of it first.

 In the end, this project about us, as a world, learning about
 ourselves, helping a nation in desperate need, and building
 a better future that we all need.
